Our fellows receive a dual-curriculum education: theoretical training at Makerere University and practical, deep-level mining exposure at Wits University in South Africa. Upon graduation, these scholars enter our ‘Junior Surveyor’ pipeline, ensuring that the next generation of mapping and exploration is led by homegrown talent equipped with world-class technical skills
