Cleaning up history. The Barberton Greenstone Belt is scarred by a century of unregulated mining. Alpha Royal has partnered with environmental engineers to re-process and neutralize old, abandoned mine dumps (tailings).
Using modern centrifugal technology, we extract residual gold from the waste rock and then neutralize the soil. Once processed, we re-vegetate the land with indigenous grasses and acacia trees. We are turning grey, toxic scars back into green veld, proving that extraction and restoration can coexist
